Ingredients

 4 oz. cooked chicken or ham, finely chopped or minced
 2 tablespoons thick mayonnaise
 2 tomatoes seasoning butter
 12 rounds fried bread or crisp biscuits
 Stuffed olives12

Directions

Mix the chicken or ham with the mayonnaise.
Cut the tomatoes into 12 very thin slices and season.
Butter the biscuits or drain the fried bread well.
Top with sliced tomatoes and the chicken mixture.
Press a stuffed olive on top.
