Chicken Creole Recipe

3 lb fryer chicken, cut up
1/4 c wholewheat flour
1/2 c sesame oil
1 green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 stalk celery with tops, chopped
1 c tomatoes, pureed
1/4 t sea salt
2 T nutritional yeast
1/4 t oregano
1/4 t basil 1 bay leaf
Directions
Dredge chicken pieces in flour and brown in oil.
Remove from pan.
Saute onions, green pepper, and celery until tender.
Pour off fat.
Return chicken to skillet.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook over low heat, covered, for 30 minutes, then uncover and cook 30 minutes longer.
