Chicken Cranberry Layers Recipe
Ingredients

| 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Chicken layer:) | |

| Cooked chicken | 2 Cup (16 tbs), canned (Chicken layer:) | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced (Chicken layer:) | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped (Chicken layer:) | |
Directions
Soften gelatin in 1/4 cuP cold water.
Dissolve over hot water.
Blend in mayonnaise, 1/2 cup water, lemon juice, and salt.
Add chicken, celery, and parsley.
Pour over cranberry layer; chill till firm.
Cut in 6 to 8 squares; invert on lettuce.
Top with mayonnaise and walnut halves.
