 Cooked chicken2 Cup (16 tbs), canned (Chicken layer:)
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced (Chicken layer:)
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped (Chicken layer:)

Directions

Soften gelatin in 1/4 cuP cold water.
Dissolve over hot water.
Blend in mayonnaise, 1/2 cup water, lemon juice, and salt.
Add chicken, celery, and parsley.
Pour over cranberry layer; chill till firm.
Cut in 6 to 8 squares; invert on lettuce.
Top with mayonnaise and walnut halves.
