Chicken Corn Pilaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 1/2 cups packaged precooked rice | ||
| 1 chicken-bouillon cube | ||
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Chicken | 1 Can (10oz), coarsely chopped | |
| Corn | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Pimiento | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
Directions
1. In hot butter in medium skillet, saute rice, stirring frequently, until golden-brown.
2. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Cook, tightly covered and over low heat, 5 minutes. Serve with sliced tomatoes, if desired.
