Chicken Cooked with Whole Spices Recipe
Ingredients
| Corn oil | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Large, sliced | |
| Root ginger | 1 Tablespoon, shredded | |
| 3 garlic cloves, peeled and thickly sliced | ||
| Cinnamon stick | 1 | |
| 2 black cardamoms | ||
| Black peppercorns | 6 | |
| Red chillies | 2 , sliced | |
| Green chilli | 1 , sliced | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Skinless boneless chicken | 500 Gram | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Coriander | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1 bunch spring onions, roughly chopped | ||
| Tomatoes | 2 , quartered | |
Directions
1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion until soft and golden brown.
2. Add the ginger, garlic, cinnamon, cardamoms, peppercorns, red and green chillies and salt and stir-fry for about 1 minute, then add the chicken pieces and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the lemon juice, fresh coriander, spring onions and tomatoes and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes. Serve hot.
