 2 (3/4-pound) bone-in chicken breast halves, skinned and cut crosswise in half
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Ground pepper1 Pinch
 Canola oil1 Tablespoon
 Sodium chicken broth1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 pound red seedless grapes on the stem, cut into 4 clusters
 1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley

Directions

1 Sprinkle the chicken with the salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned, 5-6 minutes on each side. Add the broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, until the chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes. Add the grapes and simmer, covered, until the grapes are softened, about 2 minutes.
2 Using a slotted spatula, transfer the chicken to a plate. Add the grapes and sprinkle with the parsley.
