Chicken Chow Mein Recipe

Ingredients
| Cooked chicken | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1 10-ounce package frozen stir-fry vegetables with seasonings | ||

| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Chow mein noodles | 1 3 Ounce | |
Directions
1. In the saucepan, put chicken, vegetables with seasoning, water, and ginger. Stir with the wooden spoon.
2. Put the saucepan on a burner. Turn the burner to medium-high. Cook till bubbly. Cover saucepan. Turn burner to low. Cook 5 minutes or till vegetables are crisp-tender.
3. In the bowl, put orange juice and cornstarch. Stir to mix. Stir juice mixture into chicken mixture. Cook and stir till thick and bubbly. Then, cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Turn off the burner. Remove saucepan.
4. For each serving, arrange one-fourth of the chow mein noodles on each plate. Spoon the chicken mixture over the noodles.
