Chicken Cheddar Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Fryer chicken | 3 Pound, cut into pieces | |
| 3 clove garlic, cut into 4 pieces | ||
| Oregano leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Celery salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cumin seed | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Arrange chicken in deep 3-quart casserole with thickest portions toward outside of casserole.
Add garlic, oregano, celery salt, cumin seed and water.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 16 to 20 minutes, or until chicken near bone is no longer pink, turning chic
