Chicken Canja Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked ham | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cream of chicken soup | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Vegetable | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Water | 2 | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan, add butter to melt over heat.
2) Add ham to brown lightly.
3) Add soups, water, and parsley to blend in.
4) Heat the mixture by frequent stirring.
SERVING
5) Serve in soup bowls by garnishing with fresh parsley, if desired.
