Chicken Caesar Salad Recipe

Ingredients
6 ounces chicken breast tenders
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon Caesar salad dressing, divided Black pepper
4 cups (about 5 ounces) prepared Italian salad mix (romaine and radicchio)
1/2 cup prepared croutons, divided
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cut chicken in half lengthwise and crosswise.
Heat 1 tablespoon salad dressing in large nonstick skillet.
Add chicken; cook and stir over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Remove chicken from skillet; sprinkle with pepper and let cool.
Combine salad mix, half of croutons, remaining 1/4 cup salad dressing and Parmesan in serving bowl; toss to coat.
Top with remaining croutons and chicken.
