Ingredients

 1 chicken fryer (2-3 pounds), cut up, skin and fat removed
 Flour1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Onion1 , chopped
 Green pepper1 , chopped
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Dried oregano1 Teaspoon
 Bay leaves2 , crushed
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Tomatoes1 Can (10oz), undrained
 Tomato Paste1 Can (10oz)
 Dry white wine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

1. Coat chicken pieces with flour and brown in oil. Remove from pan.
2. Saute onion, green pepper, and garlic in pan for about 3 minutes.
3. Add remaining ingredients, cover, and simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
