Chicken Cacciatore Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 Pounds Frying Chicken, Cut Up 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion 1/4 Cup Chopped Green Pepper 1/2 Cup Chopped Celery | ||
| 1 28-Ounce Can Tomatoes 1/2 Teaspoon Salt | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 1 Teaspoon Parsley Flakes Dash Oregano | ||
| 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch 1/4 Cup Water | ||
Directions
1. Brown pieces of chicken in skillet sprayed with vegetable pan spray.
2. Add vegetables, salt, and spices. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
