 Chicken broth6 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cooked chicken1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms, sauteed in 1 tablespoon butter
 1/4 pound cooked thin noodles or rice
 Fresh lemon juice to taste
 Minced fresh chervil or watercress

Directions

Bring broth to boil and adjust seasonings to taste.
Add chicken, mushrooms, and noodles.
Reheat and season with lemon juice.
Garnish with chervil.
