Cook broccoli 8 to 10 minutes, in a 3 quart casserole, covered, or until done stirring once.
Spread chicken overtop of broccoli and then top with soup mixture spreading evenly over the chicken.
Sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese over the top.
Cook, covered, 8 to 10 minutes on high or until hot.
