| Seedless green grapes | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), halved | |
Directions
MAKING
1 In a microwave-safe, 12-by-7 1/2-by-2-inch dish, add orange peel, orange juice, green onion and bouillon granules.
2 Add in the chicken and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika lightly.
3 Using waxed papercover the dish and microwave at high (100 percent power),for 10 minutes, re-arrange the chicken once.
4 Transfer the chicken to a warm platter; cover to keep warm.
5 Measure the pan juices to make about 3/4 cup liquid. add water if necessary.
6 In a small cup, blend cornstarch with cold water and mix with the pan juices.
7 Microwave at high (100 percent power),for 2 minutes, or until thick and bubbly, stir after 1 minute.
8 Add in grapes and microwave at high (100 percent power), for 30 seconds.
9 Pour some sauce over the chicken and pass the remainder.
SERVING
10 Garnish with parsley, orange slices and grape clusters.
