Chicken Breasts Supreme Recipe
|Whole chicken breasts||2 , boned, skinned and cut in half|
|Butter/Oil||90 Milliliter (6 Tablespoon)|
|Mushrooms||10 Ounce, sliced (300 Grams)|
|Flour||90 Milliliter (6 Tablespoon)|
|Hot chicken stock||1 Liter (4 Cups)|
|Tomato paste||60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated cheddar cheese||90 Milliliter (6 Tablespoon)|
|Noodles||1 Cup (16 tbs)|

1.Microwave at 100% to melt butter for 2 minutes.
2.Add chicken breasts and cook at 70% for 5 minutes.
3. Alternately, preheat a browning dish at 100% for 7 minutes, then add in oil and heat at 100% for 30 seconds, follow this by browning chicken pieces and then cook at 70% for 5 minutes.
4.Spoon out chicken from dish.
5.Add in mushrooms to the butter or oil and cook for 4 minutes at 100% .
6.Add flour and mix well.
7.Add in hot chicken stock and the tomato paste and mix well.
8.Add chicken breasts to this sauce.
9. Microwave covered at 70% for 10 minutes.
10.Add in a few drops of lemon juice, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper.
11.Microwave covered at 70% for 3 minutes.
12. Let stand for 5 minutes.
13. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and serve on noodles.
