 4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned, if desired
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1
 Mushroom1/2 Cup (16 tbs), drained
 Carrots3 Medium, thinly sliced
 1/4 cup white wine or milk
 Cream of chicken soup1 Can (10oz), condensed
 Parsley

Directions

Place the chicken breasts in a 1 1/2 -quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Top with mushrooms, carrots and wine.
Spoon soup overtop, spreading to cover.
Cook covered with wax paper, 15 minutes or until carrots and chicken are done.
Garnish with parsley.
