Chicken Breasts In Herb And Yogurt Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
4 boned chicken breasts
6 oz (170 g) each
1 Cup (250 ml) plain yogurt
1/4 Cup (60 ml) sour cream
3 tbsp (45 ml) lime juice
1/2 tsp (2 ml) grated lime peel
1/2 tsp (2 ml) oregano
1/4 tsp (1 ml) celery salt
1/4 tsp (1 ml) garlic powder
1/4 tsp (1 ml) coriander
1/4 tsp (1 ml) parsley
1/4 tsp (1 ml) thyme
Salt and pepper
Directions
– Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
– Remove skin from chicken breasts.
– Grease a roasting pan, place chicken breasts in it and set aside.
– In a bowl, combine all other ingredients. Baste chicken breasts with mixture and cook them in oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven.
– Turn chicken breasts, baste with sauce and cook 15 minutes longer, until the meat is tender. Turn off the oven.
– Place aluminum foil over chicken breasts and let stand in the oven 10 minutes.
– Remove aluminum foil, arrange chicken breasts on a serving dish and serve hot.
