Chicken Breasts Grand Marnier Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 whole chicken breasts (4 halves) | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Evaporated milk | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg yolk | 1 | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Orange juice | 1 Tablespoon, frozen | |
| 3 tablespoons Grand Marnier liqueur | ||
Directions
1.
Brown the chicken in sizzling butter, and sprinkle it with salt and paprika.

Spread half the onion in a shallow greased casserole, lay in the chicken, skin side up, and pour over the rest of the onion.
Cover and bake 50-55 minutes in a 350° oven.

Combine the evaporated milk, egg yolk, lemon and orange juice, and Grand Marnier.
Drizzle over the chicken and bake, uncovered, 15 minutes longer.
