Grilled Chicken Breast with Vodka Sauce Recipe Video
Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast
1 Sweet Onion
1-2 Cloves Garlic
Sear both sides of the chicken breasts for a minute or two with oil and butter, garlic and onions, in a black iron pan. Remove the chicken from pan and use "indirect heat" by placing them opposite the hot coals. Mop with our Vodka Sauce, and then cover the grill for about 15 minutes, or until chicken reaches 180f. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the boneless chicken breasts, searing time, and temperature of the grill. Plate it up and cover with our Vodka Sauce, or your favorite barbeque sauce.
