Chicken Breast With Marsala And Peas Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved | ||
| 3 tablespoons Progresso Italian-style Bread Crumbs | ||
| 2 tablespoons Progresso Olive Oil | ||
| Marsala wine | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Frozen peas package | 1 , thawed | |
Directions
Lightly coat chicken with bread crumbs.
In a large skillet heat olive oil until hot.
Add chicken.
Saute until brown on both sides.
Pour Marsala over chicken.
Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
Turn chicken and add peas.
Simmer, covered, until peas are hot and chicken is cooked and tender, about 5 minutes.
