 Chicken - 2 1/2 pounds, cut up
 Onion1
 Carrot1
 Parsnip1
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm)
 Black peppercorns6 To taste
 Parsley sprigs1 Teaspoon, dried
 Bay leaf1
 Soy sauce1 Teaspoon
 Fresh ginger - 2 slices, 1/2-inch thick OR Ground ginger - 1 teaspoon
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Water8 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1) Put all the ingredients in a slow cooker.
2) Cover the cooker and cook on LOW for 10 to 12 hours. In case the flavor seems too bland, add some more salt and pepper.
3) Strain the liquid.

SERVING
4) Use the bouillon as and when preferred or required. This is an essential ingredient in various soups, salads, casseroles, etc.
