Chicken Boscaiola With Fettuccine Recipe
Ingredients
| Bacon rashers | 3 , chopped | |
| 1/4 portion Basic Chicken Mixture | ||
| Cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Basil leaves | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Fettuccine | 375 Gram | |
Directions
Cook bacon in heated pan until crisp; drain on absorbent paper.
Combine bacon with Basic Chicken Mixture, cream and water; cook, stirring, until sauce is heated through.
Stir in cheese and basil, [can be prepared ahead to this point; refrigerate overnight or freeze] Cook pasta in large pan of boiling water, uncovered, until just tender; drain.
Serve chicken sauce with hot pasta.
