Ingredients

 1-1/2 cups ground white chicken meat
 Finely minced parsley2 Tablespoon
 Egg1 , beaten
 1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
 1 tablespoon freshly grated
 Romano cheese
 1/4 teaspoon each salt and black pepper

Directions

Mix together all ingredients, form into balls the size of large marbles and refrigerate several hours.
Cook in simmering salted water or broth 10 minutes.
