Chicken Bacon Blue Salad Recipe Video

A salad like this one can be a whole meal. The main ingredients in this salad are grilled chicken breast, bacon, blueberries and blue cheese. Hence the name. I also added almond slices. The salad was tossed with a balsamic vinaigrette which I made for you to follow. Homemade dressings are easy, delicious and simple to make fresh. You can make a full jar to keep in the refrigerator. 1. In a pan, heat 3 tablespoons olive oil and sear the chicken for about 10 minutes.
2. Once the chicken is seared, cool and dice it up into pieces.
3. In a bowl, add the arugula, diced chicken and blue cheese.
4. Next, add the grapes, blueberries, bacon and almonds.
5. For the dressing- In a bowl, add the fig balsamic vinegar, remaining olive oil and mustard and mix.
6. Add the dressing to the salad and toss.

7. Serve as a side dish or you can also serve this salad as a main dish.
