Chicken, Asparagus, and Bell Pepper Stir Fry Recipe Video
I want to show you a very simple stir fry, Chicken Asparagus Pepper Stir Fry, very easy.
Ingredients
Chicken breast
Asparagus
Bell pepper
Green onion
1 tbsp of fresh ginger
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp of low sodium real brewed soy sauce
Kosher salt
Black pepper
Directions
Take a little light olive oil in a pan. Heat the pan.
Put in small pieces of cut chicken breast and stir.
Add asparagus and bell pepper, green onion, 1 tbsp of fresh ginger, 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil and 1 tbsp of low sodium real brewed soy sauce. Add a bit of kosher salt and black pepper. Stir fry.
Stir fry is done.
Serve with brown rice.
