Chicken & Artichoke Saute Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil, divided | ||
| 1 chicken (2 1/2 to 3 pounds), quartered | ||
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| 1 envelope Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix | ||
| Water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Artichoke hearts | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
Directions
In 12-inch skillet, heat 1 1/2 tablespoons oil over medium-high heat and brown chicken.
Remove chicken and drain.
Into same skillet, add remaining 1/2 tablespoon oil and cook onion 2 minutes.
