Chicken Apple Nuggets Recipe
Ingredients
| Boneless chicken | 900 Gram | |
| 3 ml each of oregano leaves, thyme leaves, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, | ||
| 10 ml each of salt, chili powder | ||
| Flour | 500 Milliliter | |
| Milk | 375 Milliliter | |
| Safflower oil | 1 Large | |
| Apples | 454 Gram, diced | |
| Butter | 45 Milliliter | |
| Lemon juice | 15 Milliliter | |
| Lime juice | 15 Milliliter | |
| Granulated Sugar | 60 Milliliter | |
Directions
Dice the chicken into even size cubes.
Combine the seasonings with the flour.
Dip the chicken into the milk then into the flour.
Heat the oil to 375°F (190°C).
Drop the chicken into the oil and fry 2-3 minutes.
Reserve hot.
Place the apples in a large sauce pan.
Add the butter, juices and sugar.
Cover and cook over low heat until apples are tender.
Puree in a food processor.
Serve chicken with apple sauce on the side.
