 4 cups diced, cooked chicken or turkey
 4 cups cooked wild rice
 Onion1 Medium, chopped

 1 cup chicken broth, or 1 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon dissolved in 1 cup hot water

 Dry white wine1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 Teaspoon

Directions

Mix all ingredients in 3-quart casserole.
Cover.
MICRO WAVE 8 to 10 MINUTES on HIGH, or until center is hot, stirring twice.
