 2 red or yellow bell peppers, seeded and cut into thin strips

 Ground red pepper1 To taste

Directions

With sharp knife, cut tenders in half lengthwise, then crosswise.
In wok or large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.
Add chicken, bell peppers and scallions.
Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes until chicken is cooked through and light browned.
Stir in sauce and water; stir-fry until well combined.
Season with salt and ground red pepper.
