Chicken And Two Pepper Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients
1 package (1 pound) PERDUE® Fit 'n Easy fresh skinless and boneless chicken breast tenders
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 red or yellow bell peppers, seeded and cut into thin strips
4 scallions, thinly sliced
1/3 cup reduced sodium stir fry sauce with garlic and ginger
2 tablespoons water
Salt and ground red pepper to taste (optional)
Directions
With sharp knife, cut tenders in half lengthwise, then crosswise.
In wok or large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.
Add chicken, bell peppers and scallions.
Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes until chicken is cooked through and light browned.
Stir in sauce and water; stir-fry until well combined.
Season with salt and ground red pepper.
