Chicken And Shrimp Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
2 tbsp (30 ml) butter
1 tbsp (15 ml) chopped shallot
1 lb (500 g) mushrooms, diced
24 large shrimp, shelled ana deveined
2 chicken breasts, skinned, halved, boned, meat cut in 1 in (2.5 cm) chunks
2 cups (500 ml) cooked elbow macaroni
1 cup (250 ml) grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup (125 ml) tomato sauce, heated
1 cup (250 ml) brown sauce, heated
Salt and pepper
Directions
Place butter, shallot, mushrooms, shrimp and chicken in casserole.
Cover and microwave 5 minutes.
Season well and mix.
Add remaining ingredients and finish microwaving 5 minutes covered.
