 Pepper red1 To taste
 Green pepper1 To taste

 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Lowfat link sausage - 1 lb.
 Chicken breast halves - 4, boneless, skinless
 Nonfat cooking spray

Directions

GETTING READY
1 In a large bowl, combine the peppers, onion, black pepper, salt, oil and lemon juice.
2 Keep aside for 10 minutes and allow the flavors to blend.
3 Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
4 Slice the chicken breasts approximately the same size as the sausages.

MAKING
5 Grill both the chicken and sausages together for 2 minutes.
6 Place the pepper and onion on top and grill for another 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.

SERVING
7 Serve immediately.
