Ingredients

 Chicken breast1 , skinned
 Butter1 Tablespoon
 Oil1 Tablespoon
 Ginger - finger length piece julienned
 Ground pepper1 To taste
 Thyme1 Teaspoon
 2 oranges - peeled and segmented
 1 small head broccoli - broken into florets
 Mushrooms - half a dozen

Directions

MAKING
1. Take a frypan and heat oil and butter in it.
2. Add ginger strips in the oil and cook.
3. Put the chicken in the pan.
4. Cook the ingredients well until golden brown.
5. Sprinkle pepper and orange segments.
6. Add whole mushrooms and thyme to the pan.
7. Put the broccoli florets and add some salt.
8. Cover the pan with the lid and let the ingredients simmer for 10 minutes.

SERVING 9.Serve hot
