Chicken and Orange Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups cooked skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces | ||
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 1/2 cup water chestnuts, cut in halves | ||
| 1 cup orange segments | ||
| Red onion | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Olive oil | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| 3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar | ||
Directions
1. ln a large salad bowl gently mix chicken with celery, water chestnuts, orange segments and onion.
2. Combine parsley, oil, garlic and tarragon vinegar in a jar, shake well and pour over salad.
