BBQ Chicken and Onion Pizza Recipe Video
Chicken and Onions BBq Pizza, relish this dish on any meal as a snack or appetizer or main dish. The solar baked pizza taste perfectly like the one baked in a conventional oven.
Ingredients
1 Prepared pizza crust
Fresh ground black pepper (optional)
1 teaspoon cornmeal
3 tablespoon Bbq sauce
½ cup mozzarella
½ cup cooked and sliced chicken
¼ cup sliced onions
Directions
Sprinkle some cornmeal on a solar pan and place the pizza crust, now spread Bbq sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, chicken, onions. Put the pan in solar heater for baking. Check in 1 hour gap. The pizza is perfectly baked in 2 hours. Slice it and serve.
