Chicken And Mushroom Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Instant potato - 112 g packet | ||
| Black pepper salt | 1 To taste | |
| Chicken | 750 Milliliter, cooked | |
| Almonds | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Mixed frozen vegetables - 125 g, cooked and drained | ||
| Flour | 125 Gram | |
| Margarine | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Mushroom soup - 410 g tin, condensed | ||
| Cheese | 4 Tablespoon, grated | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven at 200°C
MAKING
2) Prepare instant potato following package instructions.
3) Sift flour and salt together.
4) Using a knife blend the mixture in cutting motion, until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
5) Make into a ball and transfer in a greased 23 cm pie dish. Press gently with fingers to line dish.
6) Bake for 10-15 minutes.
7) In a saucepan heat soup.
8) Add chicken, almonds and frozen vegetables.
9) Remove from oven when crust is cooked, pour over chicken filling, and top with cheese or crisps.
10) Brown under a grill.

11) Serve warm.
