Ingredients
| 500g large shell pasta | ||
| 1 cooked chicken, flesh cut into bite sized pieces | ||
| Water chestnuts | 220 Gram, sliced | |
| Mangoes | 440 Gram, sliced | |
| MANGO CHUTNEY DRESSING | ||
| 1 cup low oil mayonnaise | ||
| 1/2 cup sweet mango chutney | ||
| Onions spring | 2 , finely chopped | |
| Coriander | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| black pepper | 1 | |
Directions
Cook pasta in boiling water in a large saucepan.
Drain, rinse under cold running water and drain again.
Place pasta, chicken, water chestnuts and mangoes in a bowl and toss to combine.
To make dressing, place mayonnaise, chutney, spring onions, coriander and black pepper to taste in a bowl and mix to combine.
Spoon dressing over salad and toss to combine.
Cover and chill until required.
