Chicken And Ham Slices Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken breast | 125 Gram | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sherry | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pinch sugar, monosodium glutamate | ||
| Ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Onion | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| 60 Gram | ||
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Sherry | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Cornflour | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Leave the chicken breast whole and marinate for 30 minutes in a small bowl.
Cut the ham into strips 1 cm (1/2 in) wide and 4 cm (2 in) long and marinate for 30 minutes in a small bowl.
Steam both the ham and the chicken in the separate bowls for 30 minutes.
Then remove the chicken and slice to the same size as the ham slices.
Arrange alternately with the ham on a serving plate.
Mix the chic ken cooking juices with the cornflour paste and boil until it is thickened.
Pour over the meat slices and serve.
