Directions

MAKING
1. In a pot on medium high heat, add the chicken broth and canned creamed corn. Stir well and bring to a boil.
2. When it starts boiling, pour in the beaten egg and stir continuously until it blends well with the chicken broth.
3. Stirring continuously bring it to a boil and add pepper to taste. Mix well.

SERVING
4. In a bowl, pour the hot chicken and corn soup and serve it with toasted garlic bread slices.
