Chicken and Chives Recipe
Ingredients

| Snipped chives | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Tarragon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| White vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Fryer chicken | 3 Pound | |
| Salt | To Taste | |

Directions
About 1 hour before serving: Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine first 6 ingredients; reserve 1/2 cup.
Pour butter into 13" by 9" by 2" baking dish.
Sprinkle chicken with salt; coat with flour; dip into sour-cream mixture, coating each piece well.
Arrange in baking dish; sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 45 minutes or until fork-tender.
Lay on heated platter; top with reserved sour-cream mixture.
