Chicken And Cheese Salad With French Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Lettuce | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Iceberg lettuce head | 1/2 | |
| 3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced | ||
| Radishes | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 2 tomatoes, peeled, chilled and quartered | ||
| Cooked chicken | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Swiss Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ham | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Tongue | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Salami | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| French dressing | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Anchovy fillets, to garnish | ||
Directions
Combine chicory, iceberg, egg and radish slices.
Halve mixture.
Place half lettuce mixture in row on square platter.
Place tomato wedges next to lettuce mixture in row.
Combine chicken and cheese strips and arrange in a row alongside tomatoes.
Put rest of lettuce mixture beside chicken and cheese.
Complete salad platter with combined mixture of ham, tongue and salami.
Coat each row lightly with salad dressing and garnish with anchovy fillets.
