Chicken And Celery Bake Recipe
Ingredients
2 1/2 to 3-lb. frying chicken, cut up
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup
1/4 cup sour cream Paprika Hot cooked rice
Directions
1. Arrange chicken pieces, skin side down and thick edges toward outside, in 2-quart (12x7) glass baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes; drain. Combine soup and sour cream. Turn chicken over; pour on sauce; sprinkle with paprika, and recover.
3. Microwave on ROAST for 24 to 25 minutes or until chicken is fork tender. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
