 Butter/Margarine1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Green pepper2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Flour1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Chicken broth1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Milk1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 3 cups cut-up cooked chicken or turkey
 1 jar (4 oz.) sliced pimento, drained
 Sliced mushrooms1 Can (10oz), drained
 Dry sherry2 Tablespoon

Directions

In 3-quart casserole dish, combine butter and green pepper.
Heat at high3 to 4 minutes, or until green pepper is tender.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Gradually add broth and milk, stir until smooth.
Heat at high2 to 3 minutes and at medium 4 to 5 minutes, or until sauce is thickened; stir twice.
Add remaining ingredients.
Heat at medium 7 to 8 minutes, or until heated through; stir twice.
