Chicken A La King With Pimento Recipe

Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
5 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cups chicken stock
3 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 (4-ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/4 cup finely chopped canned pimiento
8 puff pastry shells
Directions
In a deep 2-quart non-metallic casserole melt butter in Microwave Oven 30 (40) seconds.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Gradually stir in chicken stock.
Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 4 (5) minutes or until thickened and smooth.
Stir occasionally.
Add remaining ingredients except pastry shells and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 (4) minutes or until heated through.
Heat pastry shells on a heat-resistant non-metallic serving platter in Microwave Oven 2 (2 1/2) minutes or until heated through.
Fill each with some of the chicken mixture.
