Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
1 can (10 ounces) frozen condensed cream of shrimp soup
2 chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 pounds), split
2 tablespoons shortening
1 can (7 ounces) crab meat, drained and flaked
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
Place unopened can of soup in hot water for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, in skillet, brown chicken in shortening; pour off fat.
Add soup and remaining ingredients.
Cover; cook over low heat 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Stir now and then.
