Ingredients

 Rice1 Cup (16 tbs), soaked
 Chickpeas1/2 Cup (16 tbs), boiled
 Chopped1/2 Cup (16 tbs), mixed
 Onions1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Garlic1/2 Teaspoon, chopped
 1 bay leaf (tej patta)
 Mint1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Lemon juice1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add onions, garlic and bay leaf and cook the onions are soft.
Add the vegetables, rice.
2 cups water and salt and cook over medium flame till the rice is partially cooked.
Add the chick peas, mint and lemon juice.
Mix well and cook covered over low flame
