1 tbsp (15 ml) butter
 
2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
 
14 oz (398 ml) canned chick peas, drained and rinsed
 
1/4 cup (60ml) 35% cream
 
2 tsp (10 ml) parsley
 
Salt and pepper

Directions

–  In a skillet, melt butter and saute garlic.
–  Add chick peas and saute another 4 minutes.
–  Add cream and remove from heat when cream begins to boil, then add parsley and season with salt and pepper.
