Chick Peas Recipe
Ingredients

| 4 vegetable broth cubes or powder | ||
| Cider vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| 2 doves garlic, very finely minced | ||

Directions
1. Pick over and wash the chickpeas and put in a bowl. Pour in enough water to cover the peas. Let stand overnight.
2. Next day, drain the peas and put them in a kettle with 5 cups of water. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 2 hours, or until tender.
3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until tender, about 30 minutes.
