Chick Pea Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Chickpeas | 1 Pound | |
| Olive oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onions | 3 Large | |
| Salt and pepper | 1 |
Directions
Soak chick peas overnight in salted warm water.
Drain and remove skins from chick peas.
Rinse and place peas in pot with 2 qts.water.
Heat to boiling point.
Add chopped onion and oil.
Cook until tender.
Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
