 Chick peas - 1 tin [14 oz (400g)]
 Dessert apple -1, cored and diced
 Currants2 Ounce
 Spring onions4
 Cumin seeds1 /2 Teaspoon (For the Dressing)
 Olive oil2 Tablespoon (For the Dressing)
 Cider vinegar1 Tablespoon (For the Dressing)
 Concentrated apple juice -1 tsp
 Shoyu1 Teaspoon (For the Dressing)

Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl add all salad ingredients and combine them together.
2. Microwave the cumin seeds for about half a minute or dry roast them in frying pan for about 2-3 minutes.
3. Combine the roasted seeds with rest of the dressing ingredients.

SERVING
4. Spoon dressing into salad and mix well and serve immediately with bread, rice or pasta.
