| Chick peas - 1 tin [14 oz (400g)] | ||
| Dessert apple -1, cored and diced | ||
| Currants | 2 Ounce | |

| Cumin seeds | 1 /2 Teaspoon (For the Dressing) | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon (For the Dressing) | |

Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl add all salad ingredients and combine them together.
2. Microwave the cumin seeds for about half a minute or dry roast them in frying pan for about 2-3 minutes.
3. Combine the roasted seeds with rest of the dressing ingredients.
SERVING
4. Spoon dressing into salad and mix well and serve immediately with bread, rice or pasta.
